Previously served as Director of PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara from 2011 to 2022. Currently, he serves as Director of Multifortuna Asindo since 1989, President Director of PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara since 2022, and Director of Surya Pertiwi, Tbk. since 2020. He was appointed as President Commissioner of the Company starting January 2024. Completed high school education in Surabaya in 1972.

The Company’s founder, starting his trading business by being the sole agent of TOTO products in Indonesia since 1968. Holding the position as President Director since the Company was founded in 1977. Being the President Commissioner since 2013 until January 2024 and President Commissioner at PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk. Chairman of the Advisory Board of Indonesia Entrepreneurs Association of Tangerang area. Completing Senior High School education in Surabaya in 1965, and also serves as: Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Joined TOTO Ltd., since 1991, was appointed Vice President Commissioner of the Company since May 24, 2022. Complete his Bachelor Degree at University of Hosei in 1991. He also serves as Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Joining the Company in 1988 to 1993, holding the position of Export-Import Manager. Since 1993
running his own enterprise. Joining the Company again in 2008, holding the position as Vice President
Commissioner until 2013. Currently holding the position as the Company’s Commissioner and Director
at PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk. Completing education in Finance in California State University, United States
of America in 1988.

Studying at the University of Indonesia, having worked as a Director at PT Merchant Investment
Corporation and Senior Officer at Citibank Jakarta; once held the position of Independent Commissioner in
several Companies, among others; PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk, PT Surya Citra Media Tbk, PT Indosiar
Visula Mandiri Tbk. Served as the President Commissioner at PT Wahana Nusantara Rucika since 2019
and as an Independent Commissioner at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk since April 2021, PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk in 2005 to 2008, 2014 to 2015, 2015 to 2018 and reappointed in 2018, and also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Appointed as an Independent Commissioner in 2014. Formerly holding the position as Vice Chairman of
BKPM, Investment Cooperation Division in 2010-2014. Member of the Audit Committee at PT Siloam
International Hospital Tbk. Completing education of MBA in Yonsei University, Seoul South Korea Selatan
in 1991.
