Development and Recognition of Quality

In order to meet ever-increasing market needs, the Company continues to strive to continuously improve quality and production capacity. In 2015, the Company is implementing additional fittings factory buildings in Serpong, Tangerang for production and warehouse for production before it is sent to the consumer.

​

In the same year, expansion of the factory production line of kitchen equipment system (Kitchen System) at Pasar Kemis, Tangerang has been completed. Machinery and production equipment have also been installed. Its factory started production in March 2016. It is expected that production capacity increased to 8.250 m3.

 

The Company also established cooperation with PT. Surya Pertiwi Tbk. (sole agent of the Company), the company formed an association, namely PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara (SPN) and PT Surya Graha Pertiwi (SGP).

 

SPN is a manufacturing company that produces sanitary wares. SPN is located at Jalan Raya Desa Krikilan Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java with a total area of 37.2 Ha. In 2018, SPN has begun to carry out its production activities with an installed capacity of 807,180 pieces/year, and has obtained an Industrial Business License from the Investment Coordinating Board (B.K.P.M) with number: 1304/1/IU/PMA/2018 dated April 26, 2018. In 2020 SPN increase production capacity to 1,500,000 pieces/year.

Construction of the Company’s head o²ce building carried out by SGP has also been completed and since November 2018, the Company has occupied the new building, located on Jl. Letjen S. Parman Kav. 81, West Jakarta (11420). This building is also equipped with a showroom which consists of five floors and has been inaugurated on October 17, 2018. With the new office being occupied, the old office building located on Jl. Tomang Raya no. 18, West Jakarta sold to another party.

 

Since the beginning, the Company has adhered to the main philosophy; “Developing quality to everything we do”. This includes supplying products of very high quality and value, and reliable after-sales service. As a result, the Company continuously progresses significantly year by year and has achieved a position of pride. This is proven by the export of the company’s products to over 30 countries, namely: Malaysia, Japan, America, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, India, etc.

The Company’s commitment to continuously enhance its business quality and professionalism has also resulted in various international recognitions, such as Certificate of Japan Industrial Standard (JIS), Malaysian Standard, Philippine Standard, Australian Standard etc. Furthermore, various certifications in management have been achieved by the Company such as Quality Management of ISO 9002 (1999) and ISO 9001 (2002), and Environment Management of ISO 14001 (2005).
