Joined the Company since the Company was founded in 1977, appointed as Director of the Company’s Sanitary Factory from 1981 to 2019. Previously served as Director of PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara from 2011 to 2022. Currently, he serves as President Commissioner of the Company and concurrently serves as the member of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, President Director of PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara since 2022, Director of Multifortuna Asindo since 1989, and Director of PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk since 2020. Completed high school education in Surabaya in 1972. Has affiliation with the Major and Controlling Shareholders, members of the Board of Commissioners, either directly or indirectly up to individual owners.

Joined TOTO Ltd since 1991, was appointed Vice President Commissioner of the Company since May 24, 2022. In addition, he concurrently serves as the member of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Complete his Bachelor's degree at Hosei University in 1991. Has no affiliation with the Major and Controlling Shareholders, members of the Board of Commissioners, either directly or indirectly up to individual owners.

Joined the Company in 1988 to 1993, holding the position of Export-Import Manager. Since 1993 running his own enterprise. Joining the Company again in 2008, holding the position as Vice President Commissioner until 2013. Currently holding the position as the Company’s Commissioner and concurrently holds positions as Director at PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk, PT Surya Graha Pertiwi, PT Suryaparamitra Abadi, and PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara. Completing education in Finance in California State University, United States of America in 1988. Has affiliation with the Major and Controlling Shareholders, members of the Board of Commissioners, either directly or indirectly up to individual owners.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1979. He began his career at the Public Accounting Firm SGV Utomo, Mulia & Co. where he worked as a Junior and Semi-Senior Accountant from 1973 to 1975. He later served as Financial Controller at Napan Group from 1987 to 1989. From 1985 to 1986, he held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at PT Purna Bina Indonesia. Subsequently, from 1989 to 1996, he was appointed as Financial Controller at PT Arthadana Kriya – State Lottery. He currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company and concurrently holds the position of Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as a Chairman of the Audit Committee. In addition, he is also a member of the Audit Committee at PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk. He concurrently serves as the Financial and Tax Controller at PT Citra Bumi Semesta. He has no affiliation with the Company’s major and controlling shareholders or with members of the Board of Commissioners, either directly or indirectly, up to the level of individual ownership.

Joined the Company since June 2001 was appointed as a Director of the Company since December 2006. Currently he serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company and concurrently as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, and Commissioner at PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara. He previously served as a Director at KPMG Management Consulting Sudjendro Soesanto until 1999 and served as Director of PT Sudjendro Soesanto Consulting until February 2001. Graduated in Corporate Economics at the University of Jayabaya, Jakarta in 1985 and a diploma in Accounting - ICCT, Sydney, Australia in 1990.
